Tooth #4 unexpectedly made its debut yesterday. Yep, it's only been a week since Tooth #3 showed up. This one took us by surprise! Unfortunately, we are still at Drool Level Five and the National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for Rockville and surrounding areas.
