I guess Colin has decided that high chairs are for babies and he's a big boy now. Tonight, he enjoyed his fabulous waffle dinner (hey, Mommy and Daddy had breakfast for dinner too) at the kitchen table. He's entered an uber picky stage, so we're willing to try almost anything that encourages him to eat. Unfortunately, we spent most of dinner asking him to sit down instead of standing in the chair.

Hahaha... reminds me of one of the favorite stories of my BIL. He went through a period when he was little where the whole family couldn't eat out becuase he would only stand on chairs at restraunts.
Hopefully Colin will soon realize that sitting in the chair is better than standing.

Hey! Maybe give him a stepstool to stand on (as standing on a chair can be dangerous)...standing and actually eating may be better than the fight at this age! Who cares if he won't sit yet?
