Somehow we've made it to T-minus ONE DAY until Jelly Bean's arrival. We've been ridiculously busy with preparations (at home and at work), but think we are reasonably ready. Even Colin has started talking about his "baby sister."
As some of you know, I had some complications after giving birth to Colin. Fortunately, these complications are not life-threatening to me or the baby, but it would be better for all concerned (including my wonderful OB), if they didn't happen again. So, we would appreciate any thoughts, prayers, vibes, offerings to Jobu, etc. that you could spare that the surgery is routine and uneventful.
We'll post the details (and pictures, of course) as soon as we can.
We sound Colin and Delaney's barbaric yawps o'er the rooftops of the world...
